Even if it turned out to be a no-growth company, as long as they were able to maintain earnings enough to maintain the dividend (which is roughly 1/3 of recent earnings levels), you just have to sit there and collect that 6% dividend yield. On the other hand, if they are successful in growing sales, it could easily be a double or more over the next few years. I think I will wait to see if it's discounted further over the coming weeks.

AMD's problem isn't selling shit, it's being wafer-supply limited by TSMC. Thus you can't really expect beating expectations, but you can't really miss, either.
