So for all the unbelievers the reason I got fired was for unprofessionalism on a phone call.

So I relay this back to the customer(Christian was too busy to take the call) and the customer gets livid. His annual renewal cost was like 250$ for warranty protection on his gas and electric and yada yada. So a ten percent discount was not that great.

So he demands to have a supervisor immediately and I go on hold. I’m fucking sweating and nervous because I’m too scared to call my supervisor over because I already asked for him so I take the customer off hold and I say

What got me fired was I raised my voice to a really high pitch and put a womanly tone with it while Christian was behind me staring at me with a face that I lack the vocab to describe. Even when I turned around and looked at him I still spoke to the customer pretending to be a woman.
