If you want to long oil, buy stock in a good refining and distribution company with decent dividends.

Supposedly from OilAnnons threads tankers because even they had agreed to trump proposed supply cuts of 6 million barrels it would not be enough to stop the filling of land storage sites. Therefore tankers would be needed and the price of those tanking contracts would sky rocket for the duration of the crisis till they became full and after that oil would crash because their would be no where to store.
