odl wallets have no activity because it's used to not pay taxes. You buy tons of coin, then take 'loans' from your friends in whatever currency you want, based off the value of the coin, that way you're never converting it back into fiat and never paying taxes on it.

The second this gets changed, BTC will lose 90% of value overnight.
