How do you compete with Amazons shipping times? Aliexpress ships from China and takes sometimes a month to arrive. A lot of people won't buy something if it's being shipped from China because of this.

Ok, looks easy, but couple questions.

1) The costumers will probably have to wait for 3 weeks for their product, how do you solve this? Other sites, have order before 11pm recieve in the morning policy.

2) Extra import tax, the costumer might get unexpected extra import tax after recieving the goods. Again, you can't dropship like that?

>Buy Advertisements and shill the hell out. It’s that easy.

No it's not that easy. You'll run out of money in advertisements before you make any sales.

>>1826233
Describe how you went from 0 to $1k a month step by step in detail.

I suspect that you had luck (the lottery part is the advertising part where you have little control how the fuck FB will decide to advertise your page)

If you refuse to give a step by ste pexplaination of your journey from 0 to $1k it will confirm it is luck.

Also the $50 ish initial investment doesn't make sense

It's $40 of the amazon memership alone (unless you are using the "individual" which is limited in sales and if you do then I don't get how you can get anywhere)

Then add in the FB advertisements

Then add in buying the actual chink stuff

It's way more than 50ish

Not to mention: if you have stuff stuck for more than 6 months in a storage, they will raise the fee so if you don't sell all of your shit, they will rape you with fees

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQSbOT3Gz1E

this fat fuck explains it

Honestly I want to BELIEVE and be a NEET that makes $1k+ month by refilling stock from alibaba into his amazon storage but I don't see HOW the fuck you can do it.

I think I'll start investigating other niches, for instance, selling shit to women sounds like a good idea, and it's probably easier to sell compared to toys and gadgets

Here's a question for successful drop shippers - what is the daily average traffic like on your site?

>> No.1834708

This is such bullshit advice, kek.

Who the fuck abandons a shopping cart because they don't like a site's theme?

The theme is fine. Either his advertising is shit or dropshipping is a fucking meme.

$50 to start is bullshit.

$5 a day for a month facebook ads = 30 x $5 = $150/month on advertising to get started

The ads will be simple free + shipping offers, utilizing cheap ePacket shipping on inexpensive shit (<=$1.50 to buy from china).

The purpose of this is not to make huge sales, in fact in pure dollar terms you quite possibly will even make a loss. But the benefit is to build an email list from which you can derive future free marketing opportunities.

So we have:

$150 for ads per mensem
$29.99 shopify fee per mensem
$0.89 per mensem for domain

Total: $180.88 per mensem cost to you

Of course, you should also factor in a $500 minimum cushion recommended for initial purchases (there may be waiting periods for your customer's funds, account holds, etc.) to start out.

It's fairly doable, I'd say. The big if is advertising.

The really smart thing to do is this >>1828434
Build a brand in a good niche and focus on the long term with a following. Selling random Chink baubles won't get you anywhere.

>> No.1834755

>>1834747
What if you already own lists of emails of people/businesses? They're not hard to get considering there's lots of business directories online which can be harvested.

>> No.1834784

>>1834755

If you already own one that's targeted and fine tuned for your niche, then great you can skip all that.

Are these business directories free and targeted to your desired audience? The idea here is to make a very small profit "giving away" shit related to your niche while building an email list of your ideal customers (people who not only clicked through your facebook ad, but also added to cart) for future marketing.

And of course you can also monetize these lists in other ways not related to your goods.

Yes, the lists could be tuned to a certain degree, though I don't know how fine tuned they have to be. For instance, you can harvest a business directory with entries of businesses and individuals that repair cellphones, and use it to promote a dropshipping store that sells some cellphone parts.

I also don't know about the legality of doing that kind of thing, I guess it could be considered spam

How do you guys deal with customers asking for tracking numbers? Obviously, unless the product is shipping from a US center, they're going to know it's coming from China.

I normally just tell them our carrier doesn't do tracking numbers, and keep them up to date that way. I'm just waiting for some cunt to give me shit over it.
