Visitor from sci here been getting into trading stocks and crypto in my spare time for the last year, the main thing I've started to realise is that you guys are actually one of the stupidest boards. It seems like most of you completely failed to clock the most obviously predictable stock market crash in history, and now things are ""recovering"" you all claim it's a bear market to convince yourself it will all be fine? Is this true for most stock brokers as well? Do your merits really stop at god delusion predicting ability and a business degree from wherever the fuck? It seems like anyone with even a moderately high intelligence and some fucking balls can out predict literally everyone chatting shit about stocks and muh economy. I'm legitimately confused.

The best people here are generally the fundamentalists. Great thread on oil demand shortage last night. Especially with regard to which companies are most likely to suffer from us import tariffs. The better posters seem to be split between "money printer go brrrrr (are aware it's balance sheet expansion not literal M2)" and getting ck near 18k dow 2100 S&P. Some fag made a great call on SOXL at $72 two Mondays ago. In terms of PMG, it seems like a few have picked up that we are likely in a deflationary environment in the short term. There's a lot of shitposting as per culture, so you might be on /biz/ Mt. Stupid at the moment.

Former sci user here.
Sci is book smart but not actually smart because they can't sense bait and sarcasm.
They don't care much about money which automatically makes them brainlets destined to work for post graduate peanuts.
They also reply seriously to all racebait and IQ threads that Taleb debunked ages ago.

Of course biz has plenty of brainlets too but you can spot them by the way they don't care about making money and are just tourists from pol to spread an agenda. They get called out. Sci is much more naive in comparison caring more about the science fiction than the actual applications of science.
