Doesn't he have the most success rate though? He made that cupcake business work, which is some kind of miracle. He gives shitty deals but has more skin in the game because of it, leading him to actually care. The other sharks do shitty 20 percent deals, and they do enough where they bank on one of them taking off and just making back the money wasted on ones that fail.

Consider this. Kevin usually offers up royalty deals for lower stakes in companies. Gets a percentage off each sale. That means the business MUST succeed for him to make anything back. That being said, he will put more effort into a business so sales explode and he can make bank. Here's an example. Kevin gets 20% stake in the company got 100k, but for every product he gets 20 percent of each sale. After he makes it back it drops down to 10% of each sale. So lets say then the company tanks, and only can pay back 50k and it dies. Kevin loses 50k, and gets 20 percent of whatever the company sells for when it sells for 10k to some chink manufacturer. Now, if cringe Cuban does 20% of the company for 100k no royalties, and the company tanks, he only gets 20 percent of the sell off. Assuming it does sell. Kevin's deals make more sense for him and his company, as he works with them to boost sales.

The only reason he gets shit is because normies don't get the deals. On the normies mind they see royalty deals as greed, when the real greed is cringe Cuban throwing them 100k for 20 percent and hoping they work it out themselves. Fuck the other sharks. If I was ever on shark tank I would definitely want to work with Kevin, at least he actually wants his shit to succeed, otherwise he wouldn't have built the learning company as big as he did and wait until he could sell it for fat stacks

I think he's a dick and don't agree with a lot of what he says, but he always seems like he says what he believes in and doesn't sugarcoat shit, so you have to at least respect him for that. Hes also ran succesful businesses and even found a way to profit when they go under, so he's walked the walk before.

Fucking love this guy. I like Cuban and Lori, and the other two guys bring a lot to the table, but he's the most ruthless of them all. I'd probably want to work with him-- I'd get a giant line of credit with one of the most ridiculously favorable term agreements of all time (hello, zero for 36 anyone?) and pay him with a small royalty or options. It's a shame he doesn't take apprentices, or I'd go for that instead.
