My own path: Become a data engineer (NOT a data scientist, not an analyst). Basically your job is to learn SQL or Python Pandas so that brainlets can get their information served in Excel sheets to do whatever. I work at a Finance department, my peers just ask for the info they need and I provide. Just don't take too long and you can relax most of the day while being the Messiah for your department. Though some days you WILL need to spend a ton of hours, they're only occasional

No need to know how to administrate a database, no need to know about the underlying technologies or architectures. Just know your job's own architecture very well and the rest comes naturally.

A seriously chimp-tier job with decent (though not ultra high) pay would be IT at a small office / school. I work at a small company and honestly I've only seen the guys at IT install shit on people's laptops, get it running and then fuck off to do god knows what. Maybe setup a VPN or something from time to time and monitor traffic, but really it doesn't look to be a job that requires much brain activity...
