Loss of mass storage and delivery of via a grid might happen, so interacting with the blockchain might become more difficult, but it'll still be there. We have people taking snapshots and backups of everything on the internet all the time. So in a post apocalyptic situation, worst that would happen is incredibly low volume and incredibly low liquidity. None of this is truly going anywhere unless we have an event that's just plain apocalyptic, like getting shot with a gamma ray burst.
