if you are gullible enough to think the US numbers have any semblance of relation to reality, you might want to think again
provinces in canada with super strict rules implemented 1+ week before the US did anything are having higher day-to-day increases
these provinces actually test anyone for free because they have actual robust public healthcare

I'm not expert but I would say the # of actual cases is anywhere between 1M to 5M right now

roadblocks & state police checkpoints here
all non-essential (read : groceries) have been closed for weeks
can't meet outside of essential business ( = healthcare)
we've had university/school/etc shutdown at least 1 week before the US did anything
province provides free tests for anyone
