why should i go all in on Exxon or pretty much any other oil company, they are all at like 20 year lows. Oil always bounces back no matter what.

Because nobody knows how low a bear market will go. See also, BTC cucks screaming we "WILL NEVER GO to $3K" when BTC was $10K. or "NEVER GO TO $2K" when btc is $6K (NOW)

Can you bleed out 75% of your money and sit watching is that low for 3-5 years? Then sure. Go all in.

I suggest you look into small cap shitcoins like UND tho, or at least buy some Tezos.

Notice how it was downtrending for about 5 years before the virus dump? Sure it'll bounce back, everything is going to bounce back, except when oil does it will just go back to the downtrend, just like other garbage such as Ford & AMC

if you're investing longterm, go for Exxon.
unironically, this crash will be great longterm for the big oil companies. they'll swallow up the little companies that cant weather the storm. then when energy prices rise again, Exxon will be great off.
but
it could take years to rise again
OP, if you're investing longterm, go all in, but not if you're investing shortterm

Oil WILL moon someday and moon fucking hard. Probably not for a while, but I also think we're probably getting near rock bottom before Iran and Saudi Arabia meet in the back room and false flag some durka terrorist shit and send crude skyrocketing.

as someone who works in a large energy firm that mostly specializes in working with oil and gas companies, im very optimistic about this crash. after water oil is the worlds most valuable asset and we are approaching peak oil.

I bought VDE, OXY, XOM, and HAL. I bought a big chunk of VDE a little early before the full corona crash (I think my average position is ~43/share) unfortunately, but im looking to hold that long term, it'll print.

The other buys were due to anticipated domestic oil profits rebounding once OPEC chills out. Solid dividends as well if I decide to hold. HAL im the most curious about- they were in the midst of some big plays over the past year and have a pretty favorable outlook and reliable dividends despite a gradual share decline since 2014 ish. They'll probably be the first to get liquidated if this week gets crazy however.

Still a nice opportunity, but there are many others in this sector right now. OKE and MRO come to mind.

do not lie .... oh You make poop in your pans ?
Fear .... is isn't that wonderful?
Fear is a best what can happen to people, you can easy take peoples money, rights, anything,
you want. Person overwhelmed with fear is helpless like a kid from which you take a candy.

Forget about the companies and buy oil directly via an ETF.

Buy the ETF with the largest market cap.

Buy it when WTI hits $19. It could fall to $11 still, so DCA your buys.
