Hey biz, first time investor here
Basically I got a pile of cash in the bank and I want to get some stonks since they're at a discount at the moment
I'm planning on using TIAA brokerage since I already have a retirement account with them. Is this OK?
Next, I'm planning on getting some ETFs, probably just the S&P500 one.

My investment goal is to have a low risk 3-4% return, and to buy a house cash in 1-2 years. After I buy a house, having slightly higher risk investing toward retirement. Any objections or suggestions?
