The Essentials of Trading is short and really sums up the boomer trading principle without wasting hundreds of pages to tell you to pay off your debt, invest in indexes, etc.

The Bitcoin Standard made me bullish on gold. Do with that as you will.

i am into behaviour study, got any books that taught one to analyse herd's psychology or market sentiment? I try learning mathematics for finance, but market is not physics as it is not easy to test our models and make experiments for trading like we conduct in the physics world. I am starting to think that trading is more behavioural and reactionary, than quantitative.

you may be rich, but if you lack psychological or emotional knowledge you will become miserable and you will keep making "Money cannot buy you happiness anons :(" threads all day long.

have you taking the Martin Armstrong pill?
His models are based on physics for price levels, think the temperature water needs to achieve to begin turning into steam.

And his trends are a based on cyclical capital flow models.

Martin Armstrong advised on funds worth $3 Trillion in the 1980's, he understands the global economy better than anyone I've found.

Insufferable, shminsufferable, it's great to read if you're not insecure and therefore can enjoy the comedy of the arrogance of a very smart man who is very slightly autistic.

Do you play the desktop version of cashflow 202?
It's really worth doing.

I used to love the options market in the game, and now I make money in the options market in real life.

that's right, the tldr for Taleb for me is profit from fat tail moves as they are not priced in. I like his writing.

thanks for introducing this guy. will look into his findings. I need to learn from this man.
>His models are based on physics for price levels, think the temperature water needs to achieve to begin turning into steam.
That is what i meant by reactionary. Action: heating the water, Reaction: steams were formed, but you were right that maths and physics has a lot to do with this and I am just not done studying...
