Automation has been bringing a lot of factories formerly in China to the States and has the potential to replace immigrant laborers in the agriculture market.

Having a pro-business tax and regulatory environment, while also maintaining the rule of law, is also attractive. Companies may like going to China for the cheap labor, but the constant IP theft and the political risk of taking hits in a potential trade war between the US and China is a powerful motivator for them to move back or move to other areas.
