I read about something on /biz/ where you start an online store with no inventory and just order things from amazon as customers buy them at a markup. What is that called? And how do you do it?

this

I'm not going to spend 5 minutes comparing prices on two or more sites to save a dollar or two. I simply don't care about the cheapest available option. You'd have to be pathetically poor for it to matter.

exactly. this is a massive gaping hole in this "business model"

i'm not pathetically poor but the way the internet works it's almost impossible not to buy the cheapest from anything.

i google "xyz price" and price comparison sites are the first 3-5 hit, where they if clicked will list the sellers by increasing prices click on the most trustworthy looking of the top 10 and the price difference will be negligible there.

i can't really comprehend how people can actually manage to buy from not the cheapest source.
