Are you kidding? You honestly think the central bankers would not force complete control over the currency as they do now?

They would likely create a new one and trade it as a commodity or anything. Still, I don't understand how this can be entirely implemented, though I can see the benefits to the IRS, government, and central banks that all want to maximize economic control over it's subservients.
