ReWork. Most people read it after they've already gone through the conventional stupid shit that comes with business, I recommend it upfront so you know to avoid the typical pitfalls.

You can start by reading what you posted OP. The book of five rings is amazing. Not sure if useful for finance and economics..but pretty good for strategy, conflict, having a winning mindset etc.
