So as to not over-burden the bizlet cumbrain, this is the remaining supply of RSR leaving exchanges and going into cold storage. This might be the first time in history that demand outweighs exchange supply. Team is taking their sweet ass time with the coinbase listing, so there might be a price surge during Q3 at this rate.

You will also have access to a smart contract that allows for arbitraging RSV using your RSR. For example, if you own 1 million RSR and the price of each RSR reaches $1 and you decide to arbitrage RSV with it you will get between 2-5% returns as the same percentage of RSR is then burned by the Protocol. That's $20-50k that you profit while keeping your $1M worth of RSR as RSV. You can then cash it out into fiat, keep it as RSV or re-buy more RSR or other crypto with it. As RSV is adopted and more is created this process will continue to burn RSR at a rate of 2-5% per year which can increase scarcity by reducing the supply and further increase the value of each RSR.

They estimate that about 2-5% of the USD value of the RSV in circulation will be burned in RSR per year. This comes from estimates about RSV velocity (for the transaction fees) and average collateral token appreciation rates (for things like tokenized treasury bills). So it's just an estimation and it depends on 1) RSV in circulation 2) price of RSR 3) collateral appreciation which creates the 'depth' of excess RSV pool 4) arbitrage opportunities in the market

2-5% is the burn rate of RSR only if the MC of RSV and diluted MC of RSR are exactly equal, which is highly unlikely to occur.

Example: if there's 100m RSV in circulation, that means $2-5m worth of RSR burned. If the market price of RSR is $0.005 (fully diluted market cap of RSR $500m), the annual burn rate of RSR would be 0.4-1% based on the estimate that 2-5% of the USD value of the RSV in circulation will be burned in RSR per year.

why is nobody talking about rsv recently being listed? I picked up 500$ worth the day it got added to the whoexchange it's on, that + 4 million rsr is making me feel... comfy.
