It's possible but very unlikely to stay down there for more than a couple days. That is the international pain zone for oil where every country involved is deeply uncomfortable. Only the Saudis produce cheaper than that and they would prefer the price to be well above $50 for most juicy profits. Russia says it's fine at $40, which I interpret as them figuring they can weather through a patch at $30 for a while if they think they can get some better positioning in the market in exchange. US really needs $45+.
