I dont think all low marketcap coins are scams like RSR. But the fact that a coin with so many partnerships has such low volume and isnt on any major exchange is a huge redflag, and i feel bad for anyone who actually invested a large amount of their investing money into this, because it will take weeks to leave and could potentially miss out on T100 moons
