Let's say I had to advise someone on hoe to spend $150k over the next month and wanted to minimize losses. What would be the most risky investment to grow capital, and what would be the safest route to keep yet increase the capital?

Shekels are holed up in a Vanguard mutual fund that trades the big DOW stocks at the moment... I believe.
