Hope, you're ready for the bullrun. We have bottomed.
This is the most accurate chart ever made for Bitcoin. OG's know who made this chart.

Hahaha, we haven't bottomed at all.

Depending on market conditions I'm a buyer under $2000 or so. Above that the risk reward (including risk of losing out on a much better price) is a bit fat lol.

You have the perfect storm - assets are getting sold and positions liquidated as the global bubble shrinks like Costanza. That will mean whale liquidations. Global pay is also choking off over the next month and there are plenty of poors who have spare money in bitcoin. The choice between "hodl bitcoin" and "eat/pay my rent" is going to be resolved in favor of the latter in the non-crazy (when do we get our first bitcoin anorexic?). Then you have the Asians.

So yeah, I'm waiting for $2K so I can out-hodl the hodlers.

This is a different chart, dude. It says that the bottom is around $1,500~2,000.
Not gonna happen though. Once it hit $3,000 it's unironically over.

Under $3k and Bitcoin will be worth NOTHING.
No Miners will mine it, Bitcoin will be DEAD.

My problem with this chart, right off the bat, is that There are really only two data points: Cycle 2 and Cycle 3.

Cycle 1 is obviously incomplete. We went from informal trading to exchange trading, but BTC already existed prior to that point.

Cycle 4 hasn't actually completed yet.

Then, when we examine Cycle 2, it may have been the case that this one was abnormally short due to Bitcoin becoming exchange traded for the first time.

That leaves us with Cycle 3. And I don't see any reasoning why the cycles should get longer when the actual supply reductions are predictably evenly spaced. If you follow the model out to the next halving, it would occur at an awkward time.

My wallet is worth about 500$ atm, dropped about 50% (I own XMR, ETH and BTC). What would you do? Recover my 500$ before they're gone or just wait and fingers crossed?

Agreed. Sellers make the market in BTC, the miners are a large portion of the sell pressure to pay for electric costs etc each day. The halving is going to literally halve the sell pressure. Idk how much it will dip in the short term but it can't go too much farther for too long. 56 days
