Difficultly will drop down, retard. The only thing that will happen is network security going down because of lower hashrate.

Deifficulty only drops down in 2016 blocks, which are about 3 weeks. If the hasrate tanks it will take exponentially longer to mine blocks. Say 50% of the miners stop mining - it takes 6 weeks. 90% of the miners stop mining is take 30 weeks. 99% of the miners stop mining - it takes 300 weeks. The next difficulty adjustment will never be reached.
