Total of 4 days:

Headache, mild which was treated with a painkiller and was fine.
Slight sore muscles (shoulders neck) for one evening. not bothersome.
Phlegm every morning (from lungs)
More thirsty than usual
On the last day I coughed up blood with the phlegm. I had no other symptoms that day and was 100% fine after that.
throughout i had slight shallow breathing, but barely noticeable.

Note, i DIDN'T have sinus issues, no runny nose, no cough, no sore throat.

Overall it was so mild i could hardly consider myself sick.

The Chinese are officially accusing the US Military of releasing the virus in their country. I feel like this wouldn't be too far fetched given the current economic tension between the two countries.
