Now if tye economy recovers quickly this is tue time to buy BUT if it really becomes a recession or as I'm expecting a global depression than the stock market has further to fall and buying stocks now is equilvant to buying near the top.

Had about $40k in BTC and ETH hoping that it was going to move independently of the stock market. Once it dropped to $30k I moved to cash. Sucks losing 25% of my stack, but whatever. I might buy back in if we go to BTC $3k. Mostly I feel like an idiot, but I'm still young. I have time to make it back.

Probably only a thousand or two from roth and mutual funds. Equaled out by my gold gains though

I pulled out near the top, so I only lost $2k
