maybe. Have to realize that exchanges do not have a single wallet. Something like coinbase stores peoples XRP in a set of thousands of different wallets, not a single one that the tracker can analyze.

But, despite that, I guaranteed that its right when saying 60 to 70 % of XRP are all being stored in giant wallets. And the amount of giant wallets have been increasing; meaning large rich entitites are buying XRP by the bulk.

You also have to realize that people are expecting XRP to be a commodity. That means its market cap could go into the trillions. SBI here even says they expect XRP to be around $70 one day.
