Landlord of /biz/ that I am 100% certain exist on this board, I need advice

1. Is it normal for me to be having sexual anal intercourse with my landlord?
2. Is it okay if we dont necessarily have a lease agreement written down and its just "you pay me this much each month and you get to live here"?

1) That's pretty standard actually.
2) In Massachusetts and Rhode Island no written lease equals automatic week to week lease. Check the laws in your state.

Don't know bro. Try running a search for "Pennsylvania landlord tenant handbook" and only click the .gov's

Pennsylvania is one of those right down the middle states, not as pro tenant as MA or CA, but you'll have some rights, I'm sure. (No self help evictions, proper notice for rent increases or terminations, etc)
