The wallet just stopped working one week ago - it just go blank. Tried to recover on two other computers with the recovery phrases but it also doesn't work.

Then I recovered it on my mobile phone and tablet. The app starts and the balance is shown for a couple of seconds, then it crushes.

I have written to the support but they the team has moved on and to contact stellarx for help (wtf).

The wallet is BlockEq, btw
