I can't do vegan op because I have trouble retaining iron but I can't morally defend myself beyond that. Just need to get more types of exercise and eat normally like meat and vegetables should be ok

Not hating on you, fren. You seem like a nice anon. However, I have done my research. Vegan diet is actually pretty bad for you. There are lots of B vitamins and essential nutrients like Choline which are basically impossible to get without eating meat. We are omnivores. Variety is the spice of life, and you should embrace it in your diet. The healthiest diet you could possibly eat would be closer to something like a paleo diet, without dumb exclusions like peanuts. Realistically, just avoiding carbs and sugar gets you like 95% of the way to eating healthy.
Personally i try to only eat meat that i hunt or catch myself, because factory farming disgusts me. I enjoy hunting and fishing anyway, so it works out nicely.
