hodl is a meme in euphoria. we are nowhere near euphoria. we're basically just now creeping out of a bear market. you obviously can't trade and if you continue to you're going to continue to hemorrhage money. And then when you finally sell to cut your losses, you'll be too paralyzed to buy into the obvious bull market in front of you, or you'll sell too early.

At this point you should just buy BTC and sit on it until you can get your head straight.
