Probably not big companies, but that's not needed for this to be successful. There's tons of money to be made from small companies who do business with contractors outside of their legal jurisdiction. Think of all those American boomers hiring pajeets to build websites for them. Both pajeet and boomer benefit from a cheap form of extralegal arbitration.
