Honestly the best approach seems to be sifting through that news section and pulling all the stocks under $30 and sifting through those for the good news. Then you'll usually find your pre moon missions. Or at least early stage.

Cause all the other stocks with prices $50+ don't usually jump a crazy amount from good news. At least that's my experience so far.
