Can we adress the current obvious ranking issues?

First off, the ranks should be scaled down according to link's market cap growth. Getting to captain shouldn't be 10 times harder now than it was in 2017, this is unfair. Also, obvious gaps should be filled (for instance what's with the gaps after sgt major? How are marines supposed to rank up what the fuck?). Any other ideas welcomed.
