Real Estate sucks

1. its illiquid as fuck. If I want cash from crypto I can sell everything and have the funds ready to buy something else within 15 minutes.

2. Bullshit red tape and legal shit to deal with. All the other hassle that comes with it, arranging insurance, solicitors, estate agents and the fact they take a cut every time you do anything. Managing the property day to day unless you let someone else take a fat cut.

3. Nightmare tenants damaging your property and you not being able to evict them

4. Governments are going to start taking a harsher stance on landlords and rent seekers as now it is in their political interest to do so. 90% of zoomers and millenials see landlords as stopping them buying their own real estate. Expect to get taxed out of the ass in coming years. You can't shield your wealth from government kikery with real estate like you can with crypto.

5. Rent seeking behaviour in general is not honourable and best left to kikes and sand niggers. Why not do something more productive and help usher in the 4th industrial revolution?
