How it works: those are pnd scams, scammers hire some street shitter from india to spam everywhere, they come here too because it's easy and free, they clone some meme thread and keep spamming until a good numer of newfags buy, and the shitcoin has some green bar, making them believe that's a big thing and it's growing.
Then the scammer dumps the shitcoin, and since it's commonly a very low market cap (few millions) he makes a lot of money, and newfags get empty bags.

This happens at every bullish cycle.
Coins i've quoted were completely unknown before february, now they are heavily spammed, and this will happen for 2-3 months, then suddenly there will be a dump.
