Ultra is no competition for Enjin. Ultra is taking on traditional gaming industry with their first product (the game distribution platform). From there on out we can only expect more developers joining the network. 50% cut in fees for devs as well as unique features added to the SDK with partnerships ranging from Ubisoft and AMD to potentially players like Microsoft.
