after trading for a while and having success, I realized I pretty much don't have contact with anyone except occasional family members, and it's wonderful.

you are the only frens I know and I am becoming successful at it too. and I have to become successful, because I have to scam as many of you as possible, so as many of you as possible will neck yourself. Stupid fucking autists think they having all those issues deserve to make it lmao. If you are lonely you are more likely to kill yourself. Fucking school shooters who they think they are. Let them just kill each other

Enjoy it while it lasts anon. If you NEET the correct way with nofap, good diet, lifting and reading nonfiction you will be a real catch after a couple years and it will be hard to stay recluse when you can start banging tons of thots and get a qt gf and before you realize you will miss the solitude.
See you in the citadel

This seems like a comfy fren thread. New to /biz/. I've been considering getting into crypto, but haven't a clue really were to start. I'm watching a few videos on youtube just on setting up the right protection and creating a wallet. (Although the girl is shilling for coinbase, don't know how legit that is.)
Is there any beginner advice or youtube channels you guys would suggest to check out? Just feel a bit overwhelmed and thinking that maybe this thing is more simple than I think.

That's a comfy hold. I like to see anons not fall for the scams. You're easily gonna make it.

coinbase is the most legit site for crypto, fren.
as for cryptos to hold, it's best to do your own research - that's the only way you'll be confident in the ups and downs. I'm currently holding BTC and XTZ with some LINK - but none of that matters if you don't know why you're holding.
what board are you from buddy?

Good to know, cheers. Will get the basic set up done, then do some more research!
Used to be /pol/ack, but these days I'm mainly on /fit/. Things are going alright iñ life, so thought I'd learn a bit about crypto with a small bit of money I'd be okay with losing and see how it goes.

the last time i talked to anyone outside of work was christmas - i visited my family for a few days. prior to that, i got my tires changed in mid-november and had to talk to someone at the tire shop when i did that.

Coinbase's business model is entirely predicated on scamming noobs. They have a friendly default site to buy crypto with utterly outrageous fees.
Then if you go to "Coinbase Pro", which is just a normal site and doesn't actually cost a subscription or anything to use, you've suddenly escaped the most obvious trap and you think you've escaped the fees entirely, since that's the website the big traders use, right? Wrong. Coinbase Pro gives trading fees that decrease the more money you move. So the big guys get to trade for free and improve the site's reputation, while any casual user will get raped up the ass with fees that anyone would know is outrageous if they only knew to look for a comparison with competitors. Use Binance.
