I am going to be rich by the end of 2020.

This is my yr. Trading alts to have more btc.

Goals by the end of 2020: 1mil usd by the end of 2020. Escape wagecucking for ever. Retire at 26. Laugh at wagies. Real estate for passive income to live the true NEET life. etc.

>retirement money
yeah ok
have fun stressing over alts for the next 30 years to keep you solvent

Kek dumbass. What part of real estate for passive income dont you get? Youre probably pissed you are passed your 30s and no where near retirement.

I hope u make it fren. What is ur portfolio now, and what is the situation with real estate in the us? for 1 mil how many apartments can u buy and what are the optimal buys?

I just have btc but have been trading alts with it. Like matic for instance then I sell within about 1-3 days.
Real estate situation is pretty crap here. Idk if theres a bubble that will pop. Where I live, an 8 unit apartment might cost like 800k or some shit.
This is a long term goal and I wont buy until I feel I understand the market more since imagine buying at the high point.. would suck.

It is tho. Literally just sitting on your ass collecting money from people that do actual work. It's like government gibs but has "prestige" to it from sheep just because it has a high barrier to entry.

How much do you have right now ? Pretty sure you're far from retirement too.

Are you mad because I'm the next billionaire ? I just need to trade alts for btc a few months.

Save yourself the headache of owning properties/dealing with tenants and maintenance issues and invest in a REIT that gives you quarterly dividends.
They usually pay 6-8%, some pay as high at 10%

How'd you find such sweet deals? I've been looking for a similar investment for a few months now, none of my evaluations return those kinds of numbers. Which area of the country are you invested in?

Whats your age, faggot? Probably in your 30s, huh?
Secondly, whats the hardest part? Knocki my and asking for money once a month? Maybe calling to make some repairs every now and then? How fucking stressful, anon!

Have you even had a real nob before? One where you actually put in work or did you inherit that real estate? If you had a real job, youd probably see what youre doing now as being easy as shit

In other words you inherited your wealth and so have no idea what hard work really is. Since you are exposed to so little of it, it is no wonder when you invest the tiniest of efforts, you find it extremely taxing.

I used to manage a rental property that averages 20% returns every year. That thing shits out money. Real estate is a cash cow and the risks can be mitigated by buying in landlord friendly states and screening out retards. All of those professional tenants that cost their landlords thousands of dollars have red flags that you will catch if you screen properly. If you're still doubting your retirement strategy, remember that reddit hates RE investing which is reason enough to get into it.
