https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/generational-wealth%3A-why-do-70-of-families-lose-their-wealth-in-the-2nd-generation-2018-10

The numbers are pretty damming 90% of families lose their generational wealth by third generation. What do you think of that Generational wealth fags.
Maybe you got smart about money and money management but what about your spoiled son? What about the super spoiled grandson that's never had any hardships or learned the value of money blowing every dollar you saved?

It's clear you're a fucking serf. So much of it is tied up in things I can't just readily 'sell' like your fucking patio furniture. I literally have to sit back, make suggestions on investments, and hope that my contracted advisers agree with me and then they'll unlock more. It's literally a contractual bullshit meme designed by dead family members that get me to prove I am not an idiot with a credit card.
To be fair though, it works. Here's a fun fact for you, 90% of families trust each other, the 10% are the ones that make generational contracts that make sure it doesn't get fucked up by one retard with a shrimp farming obsession.

This is why it's supreme importance to focus on legacy. I am a second generation of reasonable wealth where my parents made a few million. Unfortunately I grew up as a child quite poor as they hustled but since then enjoyed college tuition all paid and a free starter house.

Having said that frankly I still feel life is so difficult juggling a ft job will trying to make side business profitable with wife. I also hope to let my kids grow up with material goods, popularity, and overall self esteem which I lacked since my parents were so focused on the hustle. But this mentality may be what makes the third gen spoiled and broken.

>be random normie
>become rich for whatever reason
>marry hot low IQ gold digging trophy wife
>retards kids fuck up everything

Only real G's maintain generational wealth, this is why rich people are obsessed with good breeding and genetics

What is really interesting is that family fortunes come and go, but the families that get fortunes tend to be decended from successful families multiple generations ago. The did some study with sir names that showed a decent correlation going back hundreds of years, wealth or no wealth, class is heritible aparently. Unless you fuck it up like this anon points out >>17083284

Go fuck yourself. Most people are lucky to get a used car from their parents let alone a fucking house.

Yes, most families blow a windfall. Social class on the other hand is correlated but not directly tied to wealth.

I think nothing of it because generational wealth implies that my wealth will outlive me. I will be dead. I passed the torches of life and riches and did my best to teach them to do the same. When I am gone they are on their own.

That feeling when your parents actually have a (small) trust and generation skipping trust set up, but one of the criteria to draw on it is to have kids.
Guess my brother is getting all the money this time.
