This anon gets it. Autonomous driving will be significantly safer than humans, yet the first "AUTOPILOT KILLED MY CHILD" headline will lead to an epic dip because people are stupid. The days after that headline will be the easiest guaranteed bounce back in history.

Were you people not around in 2017? Tesla is undergoing the exact same hype bubble as crypto have done many times. It might be near the top or it might still rise some more, but it WILL come crashing down again, probably to at least below $300 a share. It's blindingly obvious and if you buy now it is a mere gamble. Hearing the mental gymnastics of permabulls trying to justify being worth more than another car company that sells 30x as many vehicles brings back many memories.
