How much is realistic roi for forex? I see people say 1% a day which is literally 30% a monthy or more than 300% a year, you would become a trillionare in a few years. Other people say 1-3% but that would also be huge like 30% a year is insane. SO how much do the best forex traders make?

Anyone that tells you they have a 1% goal every day are just larping. Even "successful" traders that trade stocks and have a "be profitable the first 3 hours of the day"-mentality are losers aswell, they are all fake. Ask an ACTUAL trader that have traded for more than 5 years what they think of that strategy and they would all call it retarded because of the amount of pressure and stress it puts on you. Imagine yourself waking up every day knowing that you HAVE to make a profit your first 3 hours of the day or 1%(of your total portfolio) every single day, that's not sustainable at all. Not for your wallet or your mental health.
You're suppose to trade with precision, care, risk management, etc etc.. if the trade end up running for a week or month then so be it. The people you see on youtube sitting there scalping extremely high volume stocks on a daily basis are most likely not even profitable mid-term, they make their money from youtube, investments or selling scam courses for $10k a pop.

SNSS is at cohort 7 of their BTK inhibitor Vecabrutinib, and their 400mg cohort 6 data is coming sometime during Q1 2020. Their 300mg data showed BTK inhibition at near theraputic levels, so there is a high chance of 400mg achieving efficacy and getting some remissions. Vecabrutinib was engineered by Biogen before being bought by SNSS for cheap, prior to BTK inhibition being a proven method of tumor reduction. Other BTK inhibitors have been being bought up like crazy, even before efficacy is confirmed, like ARQL and LOXO. Vecabrutinib also has the best safety profile of any BTK inhibitor currently being tested. At 0.5 per share, it is ludicrously underpriced. ARQL sold for 2.7 billion due to Ibruitinib, their BTK inhibitor. SNSS current market cap is only 56m.

It's all those calls and puts, man. I thought I had a grasp on the concept but what tripped me up and screwed me over in the end was the expiration. I still don't fully understand what you're supposed to do in order to make a profit. I get that it's somewhat of a gamble depending on the option, the fluctuations, and the expiration, but once I started to actually gain money from those contracts, I'd usually ask the system to sell them, but then they never actually sold, and their value would drop shortly after, so I had no choice but to wait until it went back up, but it never did. So I'd just continue to get fucked by the greeks until the contract expired and I lost everything. Needless to say, I'll probably never attempt an option again since I may never have enough for anything except short term calls and puts but I'd still like to know exactly what was going wrong.
Why would it increase in value only to drop off immensely a few days later?
Why wouldn't they sell once I asked it to?
Are you supposed to sell it BEFORE it expires?

I didn't give it much time, so just a quick opinion: not really a competition. The targeted mechanism is too far from the root cause to be too effective. But it might be successful if they recruit enough people. In fact, you could show that many things are effective if you have many patients, curcumin, garlic, capsaicin, whatever. If you had 10k patients you could show that watching monty python is effective in a statistically significant way.
If you want a good alzheimer's asset which is not sava, buy crtx, that is 100% to work and they will probably show it with their trial. That's 2 or so years away though, but again, it's 100%. There is this common mouth bacteria, p. gingivalis, and it goes into your brain when the bbb is compromised. Crtx makes a drug which inhibits a helper protein of this bacterium, named gingipain, so it won't be able to evade the immune cells. Actually this thing is everywhere in your body doing damage, for example in artherosclerosis. It's a good buy if you want sure things. But keep in mind that the reward is a bit lessened since market cap is over 1bil already, so galt and sava are better value imo.
I'll try to check avxl a bit more thoroughly a few hours later

Yes, probably. Their phase2/3 is fully funded though and they are planning with enough patients and a fair duration. They are set to be 3bil market cap at least once the results are in. Last time when it jumped they showed the connection of gingivalis with apoe4, which is by far the most important genetic trait in alzheimer's progression and susceptibility. I don't think they can top those news. Maybe with some partial trial data, but the timing of those can be expected at least

As far as I know the numbers are just made up based of nothing, so nobody really knows how much forex traders makes on average. But I know my friend made between 6-13% monthly last year. The thing is though, trading is hard and you need to provide the capital to actually manage to sustain your portfolio since your losses will stack up from time to time, some days you might end up losing trade after trade... so there's a shit ton of risk but for great returns. Keep in mind though that there's a reason over 95% of Forex traders end up quiting, so ~10% might sound a lot but it's only a very small amount of people that actually manages to do it.

Lordy.. Alrighty i typically don't bother even looking at the majority of suggestions from here. They have cashflow, Debt is high but no where near oil company tier debt. It's cheap, it's trading less than its book value. Plus, they're beating earnings projections ( pic related ) the problem-- not keeping the revenue. I don't know the products, or the future products. But if they can manage to make money, the price will likely move up decently. Looking at the cashflow statement the earning went to pay down debt.

Not confusing, but requires actual research on the componies you invest in. If I plan on holding a good dividend stock for 20+ years I sure as fuck wan't to know the company I invest is will continue expansion/diversification while maintain good debt ratios. It's not to hard, I know I sound like a boomer but reading books on this stuff really does help
