Trading for about a year. Mostly daytrading/overnight swings. Mostly just do event trading, sometimes momo. Don't care too much about TA beyond support/resistance, maaaybe trend lines. Only been trading since August however I did lose a good amount of money but after a couple months of reading and learning was able to make back the money I've lost riding memes mostly just entering and exiting IMNP, NVCN and DGAZ helping make back the loss. Definitely not number 1 in technical and fundamentals but a lot better than my first couple months. Bio tech company that's involved in research and development of cancer treatments. The conpany wont sell becuase there are patients who rely on their treatmentments and medication. They're priced at 0.07 and 0.02 respectively. You can buy 1000 shares for 20 dollars. If the stock does end up increasing in value, buying in this low will land you in the next universe. I know from the looks of it it seems fucking dumb, but it's one of those things thats so stupid it might actually be genius.

does anybody know when the special meeting is to be held? the S4 doesn't give dates (that i've seen). I don't know how these things work, so i don't know if the merger happens directly upon approval by the shareholders or if a positive voting outcome just gets the merger approved and pending scheduling. i'm assuming that the shareholders will vote to approve the reverse merger at the special meeting. i'm assuming that this vote will trigger a scheduling of the merger and we'll get an estimated merger date (or range). i'm also assuming that at some point we'll be told what qualifications need to be met in order to be eligible for the special dividend from the sale of dataram assets. any and possibly all of these events could be triggers.

anyway, i expect tuesday to be highly volatile. i wouldn't be surprised to see either or both $1.50 or $3.00. i suspect it will stabilize around 2.50 until the vote to approve the merger... and then we'll see what happens. we'll see if bulls take charge and keep the share price up above $4 for the merger to happen or if DRAM will have to reverse split the share price up to $4. either way, this stock will hit $4 for sure (but one way won't be profitable). after that, i expect it to maintain volatility in a downward trend with a big drop after the special dividend... because it will be pretty much a speculative, unproven gold miner then... and susceptible to dilution in the next few years if good news doesn't come out of the gold fields this year.

this really reminds me of MGT.

i think you're right about reinvestment of dividends. i think RH will just credit your account where you can set up to reinvest the divis if you use vanguard.

AH there was a huge buy of 5,161,586 shares at .0196, that's a MM buy for sure.

If you already have a position keep it, if you're buying in take a small position initially (just incase it runs) but watch for a dip.
