so NOIA is crying to create a "programmable internet" for gamers and video streamers that allows you to have more efficient connection routing for faster speed. their premise is that ISPs route traffic inefficiently for cost's sake and the NOIA app will allow people to spend small micro-transactions of NOIA to get a faster connection. may sound like a longshot, but people pay for things like VPNs and torrent sites, so why wouldn't they use this?
