network effect is above nakamoto consensus
pow isn't secure enough for big money as a trustless system
you have to establish trust for pow for it to be something serious, then why do you need pow when you have pos that can't be trustless either
in order to make a trustless pow system you have to ensure that there will be always one chain. if nakamoto consensus does not work, it has to be somehow legally regulated and it won't be.
