I understand there are limits being put in place on buyers and that there are other unconventional factors, such as the Hukou system and the fact that property buyers must pay 30% of their flat's cost as downpayment that tend to cool down the market, however one cannot deny that something is going on with such huge empty buildings everywhere. Also, many circumvent the restrictions put in place.

For the sake of learning, please let me know what methods, assuming there is a true bubble, you would use to profit off of the bubble.

The bubble will fuck the chinese banks, there will be bail ins. The gov will print money to save the day. The Yuan will go down way more than it has already. The people will flee to gold and bitcoin.
