>he's married and doesn't have atleast 250 monero hidden away
Not to late to get onboard, men all over the world will be flocking to monero once they realize divorce court and governments can't even find out if you have any or not. Monero will be worth what Bitcoin is now, an easy 100x+ from here

Based and true
>>16916775
It’s just people fudding. If you understand encryption then you understand Monero is not a honeypot.

It's the same for Bitcoin, isn't it? You can buy Bitcoin anonymously and no one can tell you have any. The weak point are KYC exchanges.

why would it needed for court? what will the courts do when your wallet gets corrupted kek? how are they gonna prove it didn't?

>> No.16920202

>>16920189
If your wallet gets corrupted you still owe the money. How much you owe is a snapshot of your wealth from a few months before your divorce or whenever your wife initiates the divorce

no. you owe her assets that you don't have and never will. if you owed money that'd be crazy. imagine if a novel e-commerce system appeared after his divorce was initiated, and amazon stocks tanked 70%. he'd own all his wealth and still be endebted for billions of dollars to his wife?

Not true, the post he was referring to was talking about how monero has been proven to be de-anonymized. The capture method was similar to the Tor node capture method, if you run a significant amount of nodes for Monero and then send transactions back and forth to yourself rapidly you will be able to de-anonymize transactions going through the chain by singling out real transactions not originating from yourself.

No, it is not the same with bitcoin. In Bitcoin your balance is visible to everyone, so you better don't move your funds, If you claimed that you lost access to your wallet.
