First of all, Opaq has the files encrypted, they have a fully anonymous payment system where files can not be traced back to user. All that is totally at odds with using aws. If you can't see that, you have problems. What servers they use now, I have no idea. You are just referring to a plebbitor, do you have anything official? Regardless, they will expand and have their own servers, if they don't have it already

This is the third time I am stating that it's irrelevant and I have explained why. Since clouds are very much a subject of economics of scale, I will guess they will use aws until they have enough contracts to bundle them together and then buy servers. There's a very good chance a Binance listing will happen for them sooner or later. This is pretty much why I never sold mine after the token swap and even bought more when it got to around the current price.
