Tracon partner 3D Medicines granted orphan designation for envafolimab 3D Medicines was granted FDA orphan designation for envafolimab as a treatment of biliary tract cancer, according to a post to the FDA website. On Dec. 20, 2019, Tracon Pharmaceuticals announced that it had signed a collaborative partnership agreement with 3D Medicines for the development of envafolimab, also known as KN035, a PD-L1 single-domain antibody administered by subcutaneous injection, for development in soft tissue sarcoma in North America.

... and it’s Only the beginning here. Hell news hit at almost close so the stock only spiked ≈50% so far. Not even an overreaction compared to bio’s +100% trends for short term. Either way it’s going up from here long term, no matter what happens short. It is now your turn anon, make your move.

TRACON and 3D Medicines and Jiangsu Alphamab entered into a product development collaboration whereby TRACON will be responsible for the clinical development and commercialization of envafolimab in soft tissue sarcoma in North America, with the majority of the development activities expected to occur in the U.S.

Recall that TRACON licensed TRC253 from Janssen. And if they exercise their opt-in right to reacquire the asset upon the Phase II proof-of-concept data, TRACON is entitled to receive a $45 million upfront payment, up to $137.5 million in success-based milestones..

TRACON will lead clinical development and commercialization in the U.S. TRACON and I-Mab will share the costs for more advanced development stages and for U.S. commercialization. And the 2 companies will also equally share in profits from U.S. commercialization.

I want to invest in tesla because I see huge potential to grow through the decade to come, but at the same time I'm not very confident in the company. It seems to rely heavily on speculation more than any real results. I see why so many people short it, longing it might leave you a bagholder it the party ever suddenly crashes. There is also a lot of small problems like guidance system causing crashes and too many people waiting to recharge at a station can be problematic and need to be addressed. If everything works, I absolutely see this as a golden opportunity even at $500, but if the facts come out and they all point to piling problems, it could come down hard. What do people here think, whether you hate or love tesla, I want to hear it.

just buy index funds and don't tunnel on one stock
if you really like it, look for a nice buying opportunity and grab a couple shares. But don't stress about it, don't fall for FUD or FOMO. If you didn't buy it at 200, why would you buy it at 500?
You should discount the uncertainty of the stock, AND you should discount your own uncertainty in investing in it. Find something nice and full of money that you can be sure of. There are other stocks in the ocean.

( I think tradingview, investing.com, marketwatch etc. all offer this kind of functionality)
there are probably also phone apps and stuff that do it as well.
Does it have to be google sheets/excel?

in google sheets you should be able to make what you want by hand pretty easily, you can grab the stock price from google finance really easily:

don't know
I don't see any recession case. What are the possibilities? even if the Chinese or European banks implode, I think the US economy can tread water. The only thing that could cause a US recession this year is if consumer spending suddenly tanks hard and stays down. I don't see a case for it.

For a stock market crash, probably not. The most likely case I see for that is if things continue running really nicely throughout H1 and we start to get to some steep stock valuations, then everyone starts to cool off at the same time. But even then it's just a run-up and correction, not a catastrophe. In that case it would count as a "crash" if we go down quite a bit in a short time, but it would be after an increase from current levels.
I don't see any structural case for a crash, and I don't think that people are really that interested in selling just yet.

Its like people forgot about 2018. Just the idea of rates increasing crashed stocks 30%. Now we have super loose money, corporate tax cut by 40%. The money supply is goosed and every has thrown their money in. We also will probably see lower trade deficits with chinese currency stronger and their pledge to buy goods. That's even more money coming in. Prices will increase and fed will be unable to control rates, the repo market is already on its last legs, rates can is probably will at one point have to skyrocket 1980s style. It will catch everyone off guard and will shock the shock the stock market. I think we'll see s&p500 hit 4k before that then a 50% crash at least.

Trump spent a lot of time in 2019 whining on twitter that /ourguy/ Jerome Powell wouldn't massively cut the fed funds target rate. Trump wanted him to do this so that the equity market would pump, and so that the dollar would devalue (or hold value) vs the Yuan, making chink good more expensive for Americans and American goods cheaper for everyone else. The idea is that we would (in theory) put more pressure on the Chinese.

The Federal Reserve Chairman Powell did not fall for any of the President's complaining or threats. He faithfully executed monetary policy in line with the Federal Reserve mandate. Basically Powell is a moneychad. Really, he is THE moneychad, the true arbiter of valuation in this solar system. Hope it makes sense.

>QTEC vs QQQ vs SOXL ??
I thought you'd never ask. SOXL. Face it. Semiconductors are crack in all but name. The desire for newer, faster, more is insatiable. Computers, GPUs, self-driving electric cars, AI enhanced smartphones, medical devices, microcontrollers, networking gear, machine learning, surveillance, infrastructure, military, the list is endless. No matter how many cores, how fast or efficient, demand requires bigger, faster, cheaper, better. The clamor for fresh silicon gives nary shit for national identity, creed, hue, gender, asshole virginity or other vain conceit; the multitude speaks in singular. The plea: semiconductor.
SOXL couples a single ETF entry point with the the best companies the space has to offer then pushes these already stellar returns to the limit with 3x leverage. With SOXL your economic interests are aligned with powerhouses Nvidia, Qualcomm, Intel, Broadcom, AMD, Micron, Texas Instruments, Applied Materials, et al. Real tech companies with innovative products people want, not """tech""" """companies""" pushing shitty ads. And like all leveraged ETFs, SOXL is rebalanced daily, deftly mitigating margin risks.
In the last 7 years, SOXL has exploded over 55x yet still we are early. Semiconductor growth will proceed exponentially until every viable space is saturated with it. This is a fait accompli; the sheer number of interested parties and obviously compelling outcomes make it so. The injection of increasingly compact and efficient sensors, microcontrollers, information processing and storage into everywhere and everything will be this era's seminal revolution, a revolution with SOXL holders planted firmly at the receiving end.
Stop waiting for the "pullback". Where we're going, fretting over a few dollars is meaningless. The deliberation is over; waiting is a failure mode. Now. Buy it now.

Channel all energies and thoughts on such an intense laser focus that you become the best most renown, skilled trader there ever was and you will be so glorious that it forces Warren Buffet to do something so bold to as splits up Kraft from Heinz. Then, sells Kraft off and Heinz becomes the biggest power bull stock in history. The announcement by BlackRock, the world’s largest fund manager, that it will dump more than half a billion dollars in thermal coal shares from all of its actively managed portfolios, might not seem like big news.

Announcements of this kind have come out steadily over the past couple of years.

Virtually all the major Australian and European banks and insurers, and many other global institutions, have already announced such policies.

According to the Unfriend Coal Campaign, insurance companies have stopped covering roughly US$8.9 trillion of coal investments – more than one-third (37%) of the coal industry’s global assets, and stopped offering reinsurance to 46% of them.

I came on a lil strong about this subject but it could be the L-K-k-k-ohol I been drinking revealing its nature through me. No excuses though. It’s perfectly fine to save money in a savings but if you know how to trade and keep up with the market, there is low risk safe investments, like for example ETF’s, that you will make around 10x more on your savings than you would in a savings account and also very possible to make even more. If you have an edge and can floss swish swoop money right through and out of the numbers then you could make dub trips quads ++++ over a savings account but be smart to your level of trading and risk you want on each stack of money

Well the second time I was meaning there should be no excuse for me being an arrogant dumb fuck. I shouldn’t being telling you saving money in a savings account is wrong because it is not. It’s actually a very good thing but I should of suggested that it’s very possible to make quite a bit more money on a select amount that you’d like to be savings. Then you take that amount, any more you’d like to add in the future and put in a low risk investment option. What you’re not going to want to do is day trade this amount if it’s your savings and especially if you’re not able to take interest or put more time in more investments. You’d want to put into a market option that you don’t have to look at all but still want to keep up with everything so you know to pull it if the foretold big one crash is happening. Other than that you don’t have to watch the share price all day or worry, you just compound gains on the investment and maybe dividends too

Another guess is google finance api. But i think it's hard to get historical minute charts without paying. Pretty sure you could get it free for only several days back in some way though

Kek'd. I would say it's very undervalued purely based on their stats. I was actually looking to buy this after it dumped hard in early december, but it never got down to my buy area so I missed it. If they do good next earnings it will probably pump a ton, since they raised the earnings outlook to 0.33, BUT if they failed to reach their own goal then that would be another heavy dump. But it looks good until then at least
