Except that's literally the most cucked thing imaginable. I want to OWN the business, and hire chumps like yourself to run it for me while I get passive income.

>>Have you ever dreamt of becoming a CEO?
when I was 12
>>>Who's your favorite CEO anon?
Tom Ford. He belongs to that weird group of CEOs like Carlos Ghosn, Louis Gerstner, and Steve Jobs who have turned around lumbering companies and massively increased the value, Gucci was in debt when he was thrust into the role, and a mutli-billion dollar conglomerate that bought out YSL when he left. But not only like he's struck out and created his own brand, and he's a film director and damn fine photographer. He's got way more flair (because he's a fag) than Steve Jobs or Elon Musk, but still is an obsessive autismo perfectionist.
Bernie Eccelstone is also pretty interesting too.
>>>Or who is your role model for business?
hmmm good question. Jerry Lewis, unironically. Especially during his days after he split with Dino at Paramount.
>>>Employees don't matter, CEOs do
Untrue. A mediocre CEO with a shit team will crash out. A mediocre CEO with a good team in a bear market won't be found out as mediocre even after years of pedestrian, "steady as she goes" management.
Now, a great CEO, when he has the backing of his board will be able to fire all the shit managers and shit parts of the team and redistribute responsibilities. If, and only if, he has been given that god-like blessing from above. Otherwise he's hamstrung by the people around him.

>A mediocre CEO with a shit team will crash out

this statement contradicts with

>a great CEO, when he has the backing of his board will be able to fire all the shit managers and shit parts of the team and redistribute responsibilities

concluding that it's the CEO's job to be truly great and if he is, then he can just fire the shit team or invent a way to get the most out of them.

either way your argument points back to my original statement that employees do not matter.

Great CEOs do

which means it's not that I understand English but you don't understand yourself and how arguments and statements and deductions work

Pointing to pic related, the soldiers were just tools, human machines, disposable and expendable. It was Hitler's leadership and decisions at the top level that made them get any relevant position in history.

Same way with companies.

employees don't matter

CEOs are just another worker with more work. And with that money you are limited to raise family, occasionally fuck whores but chances of getting caught and go vacation in constrained time. Businessman is better. Alway better. You earn once for few months of work. Enjoy the rest of the year.

If employees 'didn't matter' as you say, then why isn't it a one man operation?
