It means the advertisers dont have to go through a complicated process of running ads. Compare it to a self checkout line vs a cashier. The self checkout line allows much more groceries to be sold much more quickly and the minimums are lower. Back in the day you had to qualify for the 15 items or less line. Now you can easily go to the grocery store for any reason. This potentially means much more ad campaigns from more and more advertisers. Ultimately that means more BAT purchases on open market and more bat being spread between the user base.
